With just two weeks to go, the NFL playoff picture is starting to get clearer. The Cowboys, Seahawks, Patriots, and Raiders have already punched their playoff tickets while the Chiefs, Steelers, Falcons, and Giants are considered near locks by the forecasts at Five Thirty Eight.
Here’s a look at where the draft order stands for the teams not currently slated to make the cut (Note: Ties are broken by strength of schedule):

2. 49ers 1-13
3. Jaguars 2-12
4. Bears 3-11
5. Jets 4-10
6. Rams (pick belongs to Titans) 4-10
7. Eagles (pick belongs to Browns) 5-9

15. Vikings (pick belongs to Eagles) 7-7

I really want to know who the 9ers will take with the 2nd pick. Any one think they know? I think they might trade it and try to get more picks. They need all the help they can get. They also have a good amount of cap space and even more when it raises like it’s going to so they could end up getting significantlybetter through draft and free agency if they get an actual GM and they might needs to get a whole new coaching staff as well (not might ..they definitely need to). I honestly can’t wait to see what comes of this mess and how long it takes then to turn it around. I’ve been a fan for 29 years and I’ve stuck through the bad and I can say that this is worse 49ers team I’ve ever had to watch. I hope that it doesn’t take as long as some people think it’ll take for them to get back to winning. I actually like the rebuilding process, it’s all apart of the game even if it is hard to watch sometimes or lost of the time lol.

Which QB though? Obviously QB is their biggest need but I wonder which one they’ll take if they do take one. They also have a big need for just about every other position besides RB I think.

He’s a beast! I hear that the Browns are leaning towards a defensive player at 1 but I don’t remember who it was and who knows if that’s true. I have a hard time seeing them not take a QB at 1 but if they don’t the 9ers could have any QB they want in the draft or go another route and take another position. I really am curious to see what happens. I wonder if Baalke will be there to mess the pick up. I hope not!
If the 49ers could pick a new owner with the second overall pick that would be their best choice…Jed Dork is absolutely awful

I think they can turn that around. I don’t think they’ll be as bad. I like Hue Jackson a lot as a coach and I think if he actually had a decent team he could coach them up pretty good. I can see them going after a QB like Romo or Cutler or even Kaepernick and then using their draft picks to help build the team up. I’m not a Browns fan but I do hope they turn it around soon as well as the Jaguars.
