The honey badger is a safety not corner. Know your positions

Mathieu is listed as a safety on the Cardinals depth chart. Sherman is listed as a cornerback.

Why isn’t odell on there? Barring the one game suspension, his season was just as good as the other receivers on the allpro team

Why is there 2 running backs?

I’m not sure if there’s an official explanation out there for that. I assume it has something to do with the fact that it’s a marquee position for the casual fan, but it’s odd that it’s the only position that doesn’t really adhere to a traditional on-field lineup. (Of course, I guess you could argue there’s an extra player on defense as well, with 3-4 and 4-3 lineups both taken into account).

No love for Woodson?! Come on, Kobe is going to make the AS team and is having a horrible year, extend the same to Charles W.

That outs the difference between writers and fans no way Kobe deserves to be on any AS team this year I don’t care if he is retiring. As a Seahawk fan I wish there were more hawks on the roster but see why there isn’t, we started the year awful and hopefully end it with a Lombardi even though with the gold 50 it is hideous. Not sure there are any 2 safetys I would take over Kam and Earl but Kam’s holdout and injuries set him back and Earl was up and down. Anyway people will always complain about the picks but there are a lit of players fit a few spots I am glad they don’t hand it to a guy just because he is retiring. Woodson can pretend to play D in the pro bowl and bow out gracefully.

Theres a difference between the Pro Bowl (All-Star) team and the All-Pro team. Kobe isn’t going to make the All-NBA team (basketball equivalent of All-Pro).

This All-Pro squad is solid. A lot of players that had great seasons aren’t on this list, but you can’t clearly say they deserve it more than anyone on here. I haven’t seen the second team yet. I’m sure all the players that everyone wanted to see credited are on there.

We didn’t list the whole second team here, but there are two links at the bottom of the post to check out if you want to see that roster as well.
