Patriots owner Robert Kraft pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor charges of soliciting prostitution, as John R. Ellement of The Boston Globe writes. Kraft, of course, was charged last week in a connection with a human trafficking sting in Florida.

Authorities say they have captured Kraft on film inside of the “spa,” so it may be tricky for Kraft to mount a proper defense if things wind up in court. The non guilty plea may also prolong the legal process, but Kraft is apparently set on clearing his name.
Per NFL policy, Kraft may be subject to league discipline, depending on how things play out from here. For example, Colts owner Jim Irsay received a six-game suspension and a $500K fine in 2014 after he pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated.
“Our personal conduct policy applies equally to everyone in the NFL,” said the league in a statement last week. “We will handle this allegation in the same way we would handle any issue under the policy. We are seeking a full understanding of the facts, while ensuring that we do not interfere with an ongoing law enforcement investigation. We will take appropriate action as warranted based on the facts.”
This will not have a happy ending.
And it will certainly take longer than thirteen minutes.

Even if he ended up being proved innocent I’m sure the NFL would still slap a hefty fine on the guy. Definite no win

We know how this will go. Today they are saying he was with the a Manager of the Spa vs one of the girls (trafficker). Go figure – You can’t make this stuff up.

Got to love the patriots haters. So basically if you’re in a massage parlor and that Pawar gets busted you automatically are guilty. That would be like you go to a bank you walk out of the bank the second you walk out someone walks in and rob the place does that mean you were an accomplice? If they have surveillance video of him at the massage parlor that proved absolutely nothing. They will actually need audio of him proposing sex for money. Even if someone propositioned him and he excepted that is not solicitation.

Probably why it is only a misdemeanor because they have no audio to prove he asked. Could also be not worth getting everyone tied up in court and jail for a felony. I hope the judge gets pissed and gives him jail time just because he pleaded innocent. You got caught be a man accept the fine it will be in your change jar. Do a hundred hours of community service and be done no big deal.
I don’t like Kraft I think their Mac and cheese sucks but we were talking about the man. Too much cheating and lying coming from the camp. The only reason I care is because all this BS about the Patriot Way. How many scandals has this group been caught in? Can’t blame anyone but the Patriot Way.
