Indianapolis Colts

New York Jets
- Signed: WR Jerome Kapp
Kapp will catch on with the Jets following a run at the team’s rookie minicamp. He will attempt to make the jump from the Division II level (Kutztown University). The D-II team relied on Kapp through the air last season; he was the squad’s only player to record more than 250 receiving yards. Kapp finished with 916 (19.5 per catch) and nine touchdowns as a senior.
A couple of great names are in that waivers’ list. Is Darkangelo another name for Satan perchance (or per LaChance)?
Hall of Famer Andre Reed went to Kutztown, and so did onetime Pro Bowl kick returner Bruce Harper. Those tiny Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference schools have produced quite an impressive roster of NFL talent over the years.
