Yes, I think last season’s record counts towards waiver order until like week 4-5 into the new season
Waiver acquisitions aren’t going to benefit the rebuild the Bears badly need at all. Unfortunately, Poles seems intent on proving to everyone that he’s a thrifty Wal-mart shopper rather than a guy who can find talent that will actually move the needle.
